Runtrue does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing you type into the app is transmitted anywhere.
Your settings — appearance preference, whether you have seen the introduction, and similar — are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us and are removed when you delete the app.
Calculator inputs and results are never transmitted. They exist only in the app while you are using it.
So that corrections to delivery specifications reach you without an app update, Runtrue periodically requests a data file from specs.runtrue.app. This request sends no information about you or your use of the app.
As with any request to any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server information, which can include your IP address, the time of the request and your device’s user-agent string. We do not use these logs to identify or profile anyone, and we do not combine them with anything else.
The feedback link opens a form hosted by a third-party service outside the app. If you choose to use it, whatever you enter there — including an email address, if you provide one — is handled by that service under its own privacy policy, and is used only to respond to you.
Runtrue is a professional tool and is not directed at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
